Terms and Conditions Prices are as marked on this website. Prices include any applicable sales tax. All purchases are billed at the time the order is made. Shipping is via FedEx Overnight Express. Shipping is $50 and includes box fee and hot/cold packs if needed. Please contact us with any special shipping arrangements, otherwise the package will be shipped out Mon-Thurs, within 2 days of order or the next Monday. You may cancel your order during normal business hours. We guarantee live arrival ONLY on livestock. Some shipping arrangements may void this guarantee, but we will inform you prior to shipping if this is the case. Should the worst occur, we need to be informed within 4 hours of receipt of dead livestock, and no later than 5pm Pacific. We will usually require a CLEAR photograph of the deceased, in the original packaging. Our guarantee is replacement or store credit only, at our discretion. Shipping is not covered. We do not offer refunds. Please make sure you have experience with corals and know their requirements before buying. When our order page asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or other personal information), that information is encrypted with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layers). On a secure page such as our order page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers' switches to locked, as opposed to unlocked mode. We also do everything in our power to protect user data offline. The servers with personally identifiable information are stored in a locked and secure environment and credit information encrypted even further.
